Serendipity 3D was created in 2005 by a single, real, live 15-year-old with copious amounts of free time and a habit and referring to himself in the third person. This Particular One had been using ACAD 3D since early 2000 after having the realization that there was more to the CGI universe than 2D; Sadly, projects consisted exclusively of fantasy solar systems and spinning planets for several uneventful years; the idea of interior design had not yet entered This One's mind.

Then, quite suddenly, the spoon held aloft above a towering bowl of Mini Wheats one early morning in 2004, This One was struck with an idea to design none other than a HOUSE.

This he did, but 364 more breakfasts would pass before the idea to go into the unincorporated, rewardless business of a personal website was summoned.
