ORDER

1. John Koessler's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time (Dec. #42), filed on March 7, 1996, is GRANTED. Accordingly, Defendant "John" shall have up to and including March 21, 1996, within which to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint herein.

2. The Court construes the communication from William L. Barrie (Dec. #43), filed on March 5, 1996, as a motion for extension of time by Defendant "Wakeem." The motion is GRANTED and said Defendant shall have an additional thirty (30) days within which to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint herein. Defendant did not provide counsel for the United States of America with a copy of the motion. Hereafter Defendant shall ensure every further pleading, motion or other paper submitted to be filed in this case and to be considered by the Court is served on counsel for the United States. The Clerk of the Court shall provide counsel for Plaintiff with a copy of the motion.
