COMES NOW Wakeem a/k/a William L. Barrie, defendant in the above-entitled and numbered cause, who makes this MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PUAPERIS, and in support thereof would show the following:

Pursuant to the provisions of 28 USC § 1915, and the Rules of this Honorable Court, Wakeem a/k/a William L. Barrie, Defendant states that Defendant is indigent. An Affidavit of Indigence is attached hereto.
