Thanks Giving and gathering in West

Two things first their is a tradition of Fasting on Thanksg Giving day
that is based on hunoring the traditions of the Natives of this contient and
not the people who came here and took their land and killed them. For this
reason I think it is appreate to gathering on this day but
to feast it totaly agaist everything I belive in (especialy while gathered
as a tribe).
secondly does anyone have any information about the Washington State or Utah
gathering?
