Here is the deal as I know it. I was at the office around the first of the year.The Family consested in Co to gather in the South East-
that being South of the Mason Dicson line and East of The missippi.
After Thankginv council the scouts started scouting and it is they who will
figure out where the family will gather I do not think they will not a whole lot befor scout
council. Read the Thangvin notes if you want more info on this
