A common myth is that cloth diapers are more ecologically responsible.
Consider, while paper diapers go into landfill, cloth diapers require
enormous amounts of water and detergent in order to make them reusable.
Much more water is needed than you would think in order to clean a diaper.
Among the people I know who think about these things, the consensus of
opinion is that its a wash (no pun intended) as to which causes less damage
to the environment.
IMHO the best way to save the planet is to have 2 children and no more.
