Seems like that's a paraphrase of Uncle Aleister's (Crowley)

"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
Love is the Law, Love under Will."

Of course, he was sort of the ultimate libertarian.
My comment is that we are also responsible for the results of our actions, and
thus must be conscious of the ripples we are causing.

Personally, I'm fed up with the self-indulgents (in public, anyway. I'm all in
favor of the freedom to indulge....[moderation in all things, especially in
moderation!])
It don't help the state of the planet, you know....
