We are a pretty wild bunch LOL, make lots of great food and zuzu's, french-fries, onion rings, donuts at night. etc., have recently been providing hot showers at the Gatherings, we try to focus on providing a space for good entertainment at the Gatherings, and for the last few Gatherings we have been sponsoring 'Rainbow Wrestling' (like freestyle, with a ref {rules to protect anyone from getting hurt}, but just for fun, no ego, and everyone's a winner). We are also visionaries and revolutionaries, we want to make good changes in the world and in the family (starting with ourselves) and want to provide excellent example of getting more done with less work and using less resources, with more fun!

PHAT Free

This kitchen started in Salt Lake City, Utah, by the Liberty tribe family. "It's Phat and it's Free" is our motto, and loving and laughing are our thing. we welcome all sorts of family, and try to make everyone feel as welcome as possible. Dedicated to the memory of our brother "Open Smiles" who passed away this past summer of 2000.

Aztec Grove Cafe

Aztec Grove Cafe is a Dual Kitchen of Vegan & Meat. With separate pots,pans,utensils. We are aimed at bring Peace,Harmony & Unity to Rainbow.

Kitchen of Oz. & Nachomamas Coffeehouse

Oz. feeds! We do our best to serve at every Main Circle meal, especially at regionals & holding camps since we are mostly road warriors. Nachomamas is a dusk til dawn coffeehouse, serving the dankest coffee in the world with plenty of "screamer" -- if you can't find us, listen for the wingnuts screaming "We got COFFEE" at the top their lungs, that's us!

Sister Space

This is a special wimmin only space which serves as a safe, supportive, usually secluded locale for sisters needing sister energy. Rituals & activities have included first menses coming of age for girls, croning, sweat lodges, belly dancing classes, recovery from rape/sexual abuse, and general supportive & conscienceness raising groups. Sisters who want the space to happen, please, please come early and mark off a nice secluded space with rope etc. Sometimes wimmin can only be themselves when male energy is not around. Teatime has been serving up hot safe tea and coffee at the gatherings since 1987.

Granola Funk Kitchen

Aslon and Arron Funk started our kitchen because of the lack of vegan food about five years ago. Sanitation and gourmet grub have been our focus ever since. Many musicians joined the train along with many strange performers. So we started builing theatres and now we have a show at every gathering we set up at. from kung-fu theatre to the gong show. Granola Funk is all about region 16, we live on the road. Asheville, North Carolina is Homebase to a large amount of us. We invite anyone to please come to our town and give it a spin.

People's Kitchen

The Peoples kitchen is a self-supported kitchen on wheels that creates free healthy meals for anyone who needs them. We cook for people to show and encourage community support and opportunity, health of the body and mind,, alternatives to existing situations, and that many things are possible.

The contributions and commitment of everyone involved provide an example of how well people can work together without diluting or compromising the individual to make things happen.

Nic at night is a small tobacco kitchen where anyone is welcome to pitch in. Our motto is "If you need a cigarette we got a cigarette, if you got a cigarette we need one to give to some one else, we jones so you don't have to."

The Lizard Lounge

we are a tea, coffee, and tobacco camp! Our specialty is called Lizard Brew! Its a combination of Celestial Seasonings Tea, sweeteners , and our secret ingredient which is completely natural and non-psychoactive! We are ALWAYS located right next to Main Circle on the edge of Main Meadow!

Blues Party Peace Camp

Blues party has represented our veteran's and given them a home camp over the past several years. WE stress peace is a better way & remind people not to forget our lost brothers & sisters ,who in many cases have given the ultimate sacrifice for unjust wars!

Instant Soup Kitchen

24 HR.INSTANT SOUP KITCHEN, providing the heartiest soups we can find - bulk curry/lentil, black bean, navy bean, split pea, corn chowder - & hopefully adding an oven for bread this year. For more info, email Rich in Spirit.

Kaw Valley Camp

During the 60's & early 70's, a band of hippies & freaks who raised hell in Lawrence & eastern Kansas called themselves the Kaw Valley Hemp Pickers. The name also comes from the Kaw River, which flows into the Missouri just west of the Kansas- Missouri state line. Kansas and Missouri folks together focalize this friendly, healthy, happy camp. Areas of focus: providing pure drinking water at all times, good food, fresh-ground coffee & expresso, no bullshit. Bioregional circles, community. Come on by!

Popcorn Kitchen

Along with serving popcorn for a large part of the night we also serve three meals a day.

Brew-Ha-Ha Tea Kitchen, SereniTea

Serenity Ridge is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with one another that they may solve their common problems and help others to recover from suffering. We camp annually at The national Rainbow Gathering. Our camp is drug/alcohol/smoke free. Our partner Tea Kitchen, Brew Ha-Ha serves a variety of herbal teas, which are all caffeine-free. We hold 12-step meetings twice a day and all souls are welcome to attend.
