We give thanks to the spirit of the wheel and of life that we are able to come
to gather
August 8 & 9 COMMUNITY PICNIC:
Island Lake State Park, near Brighton, Michigan, organizational campground.
Let the many like-minded area groups meet & celebrate. Tent overnight
Saturday. Vegetarian potluck.
Drumming, music, dance. Ritual circle in the Rainbow Meadow. Information
fair, table, swap meet.
Evening fire with music and dancing.

August 12-16 MICHIGAN REGIONAL GATHERING:
Near Hesperia, Michigan (about 60 miles NW of Grand Rapids) in Manistee
National Forest. From Hesperia: South one mile on M-120, right on Garfield
Road, 5 miles to 168th Ave, left until 1/4 mile after road curves, right on
sandy road about 3 miles. Welcome Home! This is about 1/2 mile from the site
of last year's fall regional.
August 22 SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN RAINBOW PICNIC:
Belle Isle, Detroit, near the Livingstone Light on the north end of the island.
No reason, no purpose, no structure. Drop out, turn on, tune in.
September 12 & 13 COMMUNITY PICNIC:

September 17-21 AUTUMN EQUINOX REGIONAL
Indiana has been mentioned. Details to be discussed in council.
October 17 MID-MICHIGAN RAINBOW PICNIC
Rose Lake Wildlife Area, east of Lansing, Michigan. Check out the COLORS!
February 11-14. 1993 VALENTINE'S DAY LOVE-IN CAMP-OUT
Nordhouse Dunes Wilderness, near Ludington, Michigan. Details to be discussed
in councils-and there is much to discuss. This would be a fine adventure. It
didn't work out in 1992, but with the Spirit, it can happen in 1993.
