Need Info on "Rainbow Hawk"

I'm trying to find an individual named Paul Knapp, who also goes by the
name of Rainbow Hawk and who claims to be the "international focalizer" for
the Rainbow Peace Projects.

He was last said to be living in CA, but maybe somewhere in upstate New York
at this time.

Any info you can give me about this guy would be greatly appreciated!!
