fro technical reason it seem like this is a good time to switch the mail version
of a.g.r ro a new faster site. This would help speard the word quicker.
in order to do this igc will be asked to mail us the list of people
on the list and will we set it up. If their are any concern please let me know
if their are no objexction this will happen sunday on monday. and I will announce it after it
it after it is done.
