Welcome Home Cafe

The Welcome Home Cafe provides free, hot meals to anyone in need. Members of the Rainbow Tribe and other volunteers staff the cafe which is located in the 9th Ward of New Orleans just outside the French Quarter in Washington Square Park of of Royal St.
