According to bill-i, he left after 16 hours of vision council, discouraged. At
that time, no consensus had been reached, although Wisconsin was consensed by
all but one. This goes to show how things can change. I spoke with
Racchimuskillingum today, and he said that when he left Kentucky, vision council
had consensed to Wyoming, in unity with Alabama. So good news, Wyoming it is.
Strange choice, considering just last year it was right next door; also, the
midwest was due according to the around the wheel concept. Well, the Spirit
works in mysterious ways, as we all know. I'm glad we're together again after
what sounds to be a useful one-year (or two year, according to a few) division.
Wyoming sounds nice.
